Owner and lead Prison Technical Advisor, Richard Bell, has over 10 years’ experience spanning 3 decades working in custodial environments in both the private and public sectors including:
- Closed Male Prisons
- Closed Female Prisons
- Young Offenders Institutions
- Immigration Removal Centres
Richard has worked in many different areas of the British prison system, from Prison Officer to Operational Prison Governor.
Richard also spent 12 years in immigration control, where he worked on front line immigration control and in proactive immigration enforcement .
